POLE STRETCH

  • Tuesday 5.30pm

This is the perfect class to help you nail your dance flexibility goals – a flat jade split, a bendy eagle or bird of paradise, or simply being able to touch your toes. The class incorporates strength work to ensure your body is in prime condition to seriously work on flexibility.

What to wear: Comfortable, stretchy clothing. Layers are important to make sure your body does not get cold. A back warmer, or something else to keep your back and waist covered, is recommended. You will need WATER, a TOWEL, and KNEEPADS or a thick towel/cushion to protect your knees. You may also like to bring yoga blocks.

This class is open to pole students of all levels as everyone can benefit from stretching. You can work at your own pace and to your own level, being coached by our professional instructors along the way.
