Where do you go after completing our Beginner course? This is where! Our progressing level classes run on a casual basis and are mixed level classes for anyone moving up from beginners as well as more advanced students. Instructors tailor the lesson plan to suit each individual student. Here you will work on everything from simple climbs to inverted aerial moves; beautiful flowing combos to powerful flips and flexibility moves.

This class is also incorporates dancing on spinning poles. Spinning and static poles are almost like two completely different apparatuses. This class is where you can learn how to safely use a spinning pole: climbing, inverting, and applying moves in a different way to how you dance on a static pole.

You must book and prepay online for any class/course you wish to attend. Book to join this class by the deadline for bookings which is 4.30pm on the day of the class.
