In this class you will work on building your strength and technique, allowing you to learn aerial moves. Here you will learn to climb and invert (go up-side down!), as well as build strength in your arms, back, and core. This class is highly recommended for Intermediate students who have just completed a Beginner course. It is also highly recommended for more advanced students to continue strength conditioning.
