BEGINNERS – AN 8-WEEK COURSE

Welcome to Viva Pole and the world of Pole Dance! Our 8-week course is designed to introduce complete beginners to the sport and art-form of Pole Dance. Absolutely no previous experience is required – we teach you everything you need to know to build up your strength and flexibility to start your Pole Dance journey. In this course, you will learn basic spins, strength holds and moves, and simple combos. Our instructors will take you through each move in a safe and encouraging environment, and work with you at your own pace. We can’t wait to see you in class!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited spaces and the popularity of this course, online booking is essential. You can book and pay in advance online for the discounted prices stated below. Payment made at the studio after 6.00am on the day the course starts is $180 for Adults and $160 for Students.
