Lyrical is a style of dance that embodies ballet, jazz, contemporary and modern dance. Here you will learn how to flow to music through foundational movement and express emotions using your body. This class covers the basics of technique to build a foundation for lyrical/jazz/contemporary style dance.

You can join in week 1 or 2 of this course as a casual attendee, but you must book and prepay online for any class/course you wish to attend. There are options for booking a casual class or the full course. You only need to book once if you have booked the full course but you need to check in in to the class each week.
