A training focusing on building the flexibility of body and the strength of muscles. It helps to create a great body condition which forms the foundation for learning dance going forward.

The course is total for beginners and will cover foundational training with the aim of giving you the confidence to learn any dance style in the future. The foundational training includes flexibility, muscle control, jump and spin.

舞蹈的基本功训练,尤其针对软开度与肌肉的强壮度。课程将会提供最基础的训练,并且为未来各种舞种的学习打下基础。基础训练包括:软开度,控制能力,跳跃能力,旋转能力,爆发能力与松弛能力。这些能力统一起来都属于舞蹈基本功的范畴,也就是常说的一个舞者所应该具备的基本能力。
