Our belly dance classes run on Thursdays at 6.30pm for beginners and 7.30pm for intermediate level dancers

This course will introduce you to the intricate and beautiful world of belly dance. This course is suitable for beginners as well as people with some belly dance experience, the classes will be tailored to the level of the students participating.

Belly Dancing is a form of exercise with graceful dance moves and beautiful feminine creativity based on the folkloric and performance dance styles of the Middle East. It’s a great way to get fit, flexible, confident and work every muscle in your body while having fun! Belly dancing is not only a great female fitness program, but also balancing for mind and soul.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable fitting clothes such as gym wear so that your movements can be easily seen and a scarf for the hips or coin belt. You can either dance barefoot, in socks, or flat dance shoes.

Please note, the cheaper prepaid price expires at 6.00am on the day of the course, so book in before then to save!
