Ballroom Improvers 2020 (Jan-Feb)

Our Ballroom courses run on Tuesday evenings 8.30pm for beginners and 7.30pm for improver level dancers.

This is the follow on course from the beginner level and will delver further into the Latin Ballroom Styles of the Jive, Cha Cha Cha, Samba and Rumba.  Learn to sail and glide across the floor with grace and poise as well as how to use body isolations to add the Latin flavour to your dancing.  We will learn the more complex aspects of lead and follow in a closed position, which will utilize core and hip stability, as well as forward heel leads and backwards toe leads.

Each class consists of a warm up and instruction on techniques and steps and turn patterns from Latin Ballroom styles. Come and learn from our professional ballroom dancer and instructor Claudio. This course is suitable for anyone who has completed the beginner course or has some previous ballroom experience.

Please note, the cheaper prepaid price expires at 6.00am on the day of the course, so book in before then to save!
