Our ballet classes run on Mondays at 6.30pm and Wednesdays at 10.30am

Ballet basic training class is a class which focuses on stretching and training the muscles of the whole body using traditional ballet techniques. The class aims to provide you with ballet training knowledge and experience. By attending the class, you can relax, restructure your muscles and release pressure from daily work. The class focuses on core and leg strength to improve balance as well as flexibility and is great for people who are interested in improving muscle tone, mobility and coordination.

The ballet basic training class at Viva Dance is brought to you by Sophia Hu, dancer and choreographer graduated from the University of Auckland. Sophia has gained 1st prize for choreographing and performing her dance work multiple times and has professional experience in teaching and passing her energy and passion for dance on to others

Ballet is also great way to improve your lines for all other dance styles. Suitable for complete beginners, and open to anyone and everyone as you will be encouraged to work and challenge your own personal abilities

Please note, the cheaper prepaid price expires at 6.00am on the day of the course, so book in before then to save!
