Join our casual Zumba and Latin fitness classes for a fun dance class that will give you a great cardio workout!
And on Mondays & Tuesdays you can combine your cardio with some toning, strengthening and stretching in our Ballet for Adults classes.
All of these classes are suitable for men and women and run on a casual basis so you can join a class at any time. No dance experience or fitness level required, everyone works at their own pace and these classes will get you to the next level. No need to book, just come along and join in.
