In the class you will work primarily on flexibility and balance, concentrating on shoulders, hips, and legs, as well as the spine. There will also be handstand and headstand training. This is a great way to work towards achieving your flexibility goals and help propel your pole journey forward.

This class is run on a casual basis so can be joined at any time. Bring a mat for the floorwork.  Booking is required and is done via our viva pole facebook page.
