barre 2This class feels like a dance class while simultaneously working all your muscles. The class consists of a workout that combines the principles and lightness of ballet with the benefits of fitness. It is a low-impact class, working flexibility, mobility and toning with body weight. A class to make you feel graceful, strong, balanced and stretched.

This is an open level class, anyone can participate and everyone will benefit from the class as you work at you own pace.

Please bring water and a towel and a mat if you have one, as there is some floor-work. Mats can be hired at reception for $2.
Footwear is socks.
