Ballet workout classes consist of barre work as well as floor exercises and stretching and are a great way to improve your lines for all other dance
styles. It will also improve your balance, ankle strength, flexibility and technique for high kicks and spins.
The class focuses on core and leg strength as well as flexibility.

This class is  great for people who are interested in improving muscle tone, mobility and coordination. Please note that this is NOT a ballet class but rather a class that uses ballet techniques to improve core, leg strength and flexibility. The class consists of the following elements

  • Warm up and Pre-stretch
  • Ballet Barre exercises / bigger stretches
  • General Spin/turn and jumping technique
  • Final stretch

This is a great way to improve any dance style you practise and it is open to anyone and everyone as you will be encouraged to work and challenge your own personal abilities.

Please note, the cheaper prepaid price expires at 6.00am on the day of the course, so book in before then to save!
